Kristy Conaway | REALTOR®
Kristy is a lifetime resident of beautiful Sussex County, Delaware. In 1997, she graduated from Sussex Central High School. Three years later, she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in environmental health with a minor in biology from Salisbury State University. In August 2005, Kristy became a REALTOR and joined the wonderful staff at Wilgus Associates. Kristy, her husband, K.C., and daughter, Keelie, live in Georgetown. They are actively involved in their church. With most of their free time spent leading the young adult ministry and doing community outreach.
Bob Rucier | REALTOR®
Bob has been a licensed sales agent since 1999 and has been with Wilgus since 2005. Prior to joining Wilgus, Bob served as the Director of Corporate Real Estate for MBNA. In this position he managed the acquisition, lease and disposition of commercial and residential properties and land throughout North America and Europe. Bob is married and has one daughter. In his spare time he enjoys kayaking, exercise and collecting wine.
Bill Gaines | REALTOR®
Bill started his real estate career with Wilgus Associates in 2000. Being a Sussex County local, Bill has a vast knowledge and understanding of the area. Over the past 7 years he has listed and sold a wide range of properties including: residential, commercial, developmental land. He is committed to exceptional service and professionalism for his clients.
Kim Derrickson | REALTOR® and Year Round Rental Agent
Kim Derrickson is a sales agent with Wilgus Associates and a Year Round Rental Agent. Kim has been in the Real Estate business for over 7 years. She moved to the Bethany area from Kennett Square, PA just over 3 years ago and have been loving it ever since. She is married with a stepson and a beautiful Lab named Dewey. Her husband and her enjoy boating in our spare time.
Annette Marine | Department Manager and REALTOR®
Annette has been employed by Wilgus Associates, Inc. since 1994 and has been the rental manager for the Bethany Beach Office since 1995. She is a graduate of Goldey-Beacom College in Wilmington, Delaware. She was the first recipient of the "Outstanding Rental Agent 2004."
Annette is the chairperson for the Rental Affairs Committee of Sussex County for 2009 and is part of the Leadership Team for the Sussex County Board of Realtors .
Annette resides in Rehoboth Beach with her husband Bruce and Boxer "Scrappi". She enjoys the "beach life" with friends and family.
Crystal Serman | Office Manager and REALTOR®
Crystal is a life long native of Sussex County and attended Indian River High School. After graduating she enlisted in the United States Air Force and served her Country from 1994 to 1999 as a Security Forces Specialist (MP). After returning home, she continued in the law enforcement arena until starting at the front desk of the Rental Department. With her organization and professional nature, she quickly advanced to office administrator. Crystal is now a full time licensed REALTOR. She specializes in the rental market and has been with Wilgus Associates since 1999.
Crystal resides in Clarksville with her two Jack Russell puppies (one is a rescued puppy). She enjoys bowling and has awards for her many honor scores including a perfect game.
Kylie Wilgus | Real Estate Sales, REALTOR® and Rental Agent
Kylie Wilgus is a 2001 graduate of Indian River High School and a 2006 graduate of Goldey Beacom College where she obtained a Bachelors degree in Marketing Management. In 2007 she obtained her Real Estate License and joined her dad, Michael in the family business as the 4th generation of Wilgus Associates Inc. Currently, Kylie is employeed in the Vacation Rental Department of the Bethany Beach office where she also does Real Estate Sales. Kylie also assists in the marketing and advertising division of WIlgus Associates and helps manage the company website.
As a lifelong native to Bethany Beach she has a unique appreciation and understanding of the resort area.
In her spare time she enjoys the beach, traveling and spending time with friends and family.

Leslie Rinker | REALTOR®
Leslie works in our Bethany Beach Vacation Rental Department. She has been a licensed REALTOR since 1989 and had been empoloyeed with Wilgus Associates since 2002.
Leslie is a graduate from the University of Maryland, College Park.
Before her Real Estate career, Leslie was a day care director for the YWCA in Baltimore.
Charissa Joachimowski | REALTOR® and Rental Agent
Charissa has vacationed in Bethany since she was 8 years old and fell in love with the area many years ago. She chose to make this her permanent residence in April 1988. She began working for Wilgus Associates in September 1988 in the rental department. She loves people and helping them in the many aspects associated with resort living.
Being aware of the real estate needs, availability and the market for many years, she is proud to have taken her life one step forward in becoming a licensed Realtor. Since then she has been awarded Top Sales and Top Unit Sales in 2003, and Masters Emerald in 2005. Her greatest reward is in helping make other peoples "Dreams Come True." Being a mother of 3 girls she finds life very rewarding and working at Wilgus very accommodating to her family life and time they need her. She love sunsets, nature, photography, fishing, boating and the tranquility of the bay and ocean.
She is proud to be a part of the rental department at Wilgus Associates for over 20 years. She is familiar with what will rent the best and what vacationers are looking for when they venture to the Bethany Beach area.
Sandy Putz | REALTOR® and Rental Accounting
Sandy has been employed by Wilgus Associates, Inc. since 1996. She has been in banking for over 20 years. She started at Wilgus Associates in the Vacation Rental Department 10 years ago. She lives in Delmar with her husband Kevin and two children, Barry and Brandy. In her free time she enjoys spending time with friends and family and riding her Harley with her husband.
Michael Wilgus | Broker, President and REALTOR®
Michael L. Wilgus is a 1977 graduate of Indian River High School and a 1981 graduate of the University of Delaware. Michael became part of Wilgus Associates in 1981 and has progressed within the company, beginning as a clerk in the Summer Rental Department, followed by becoming a Rental Agent, Real Estate Sales Agent, Associate Broker, Vice President of Wilgus, Broker of Record and in 2002, became the president of Wilgus Associates, Inc.
Michael is a Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI) and holds the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation from the Realtors National Marketing Institute, an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors. He is also a member of the Ocean View Church of Christ, a past President of both the Bethany-Fenwick Chamber of Commerce and the Bethany Beach Volunteer Fire Company and currently sits on the Advisory Board of the Friends of the South Coastal Library.
As a life-time resident of Bethany Beach, Michael and his wife Sandy have 3 daughters, Kylie, Jenna and Olivia.
